  Took my group of explorer scouts for a nights bowling. Very good value at £3 a game on Wednesday which we took advantage of. Staff were helpful but we had to clean up other people's left over food and empty cups from the tables in out lanes. After an enjoyable couple of games we went onto the arcade games. I challenged one of the scouts to a pinball competition but my left flipper did not work. I pointed this out and was told that the machines were not owned by the company and they could not refund or credit me a game on another machine. Instead I was asked to leave my details and they would hopefully have a refund next time I went in! Come on guys, this is not acceptable and rubbish customer service. We won't be spending money in the arcade if we return.

  We go here for the soft play and love it. The best time to go when it is sunny so it is quiet. While I've been there it has been clean and with good service. We had a special deal where the entrance included a free lunch box which was helpful. A lovely morning was had by all.
