  Fantastic service & friendly staff. I've used the Phone Box on a number of occasions during the years due to my clumsy nature when I've had a few drinks & tendency from dropping my phone! I have always found the service to be spot on, often the repair is completed within an hour (I tend to pop into the cafe across the road for a cuppa) but they always give me an honest estimate on how long it will take as it sometimes depends on how busy they are, understandably. The staff are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work Ricky and the team!!

  The guys were great.. really put me at ease cause I was stressed about my phone not working.. They gave me a cost which was much better than 3 other companies that quoted... Phone now safelt back in my hands, fully functional..
